Used coffee grounds are ideal for acidic soil loving plants. In particular roses, azaleas, rhododendrons and camellias are known to highly appreciate the nutrients provided by coffee.

Simply collect the used coffee grounds (you can even store them in the bag that the coffee came in) and mix them in with the loose top soil.
